1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or your firm, "Customer") and EasyDoc LLC, governing your access to and use of the EasyDoc platform and websites at witheasydoc.com.
By accessing the Service, signing up, or sharing collection links with clients, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
EasyDoc provides an automated client document collection and reminder platform for professional practices (accounting, legal, audit, and wealth management). The platform enables firms to build document checklists, generate zero-login encrypted upload links, and dispatch scheduled email reminders.
3. Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your workspace. Notify EasyDoc LLC promptly at mia@witheasydoc.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Document & Data Ownership
Customer and Customer’s clients retain 100% ownership, title, and intellectual property rights in all documents and records uploaded to EasyDoc. EasyDoc LLC claims no ownership over your files.
EasyDoc LLC stores and transfers files solely as necessary to operate the platform on your behalf. We do not sell, license, or share client records with third parties.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
EasyDoc Pro offers a 7-day free trial. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cadence. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard or by emailing mia@witheasydoc.com.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to platform infrastructure, violate third-party intellectual property or privacy rights, or send unsolicited spam.
7. Security & Encryption
EasyDoc LLC employs 256-bit AES encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. We maintain technical and administrative controls designed to protect client records.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyDoc LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by Customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

EasyDoc LLC ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle information collected through witheasydoc.com and associated upload portals.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, work email, firm name, and payment records.
- Client Intake Details: Recipient names, email addresses, and checklist items.
- Uploaded Files: Client documents, forms, and attachments submitted through upload links.
- Log & Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, and access timestamps for audit and security purposes.
3. How Information Is Used
Data is used strictly to provide the document collection service, send automated reminders, maintain system security, process subscriptions, and comply with legal requirements. We do not sell personal data or client documents.
4. Sub-Processors
We rely on vetted third-party infrastructure providers (SOC-2 / ISO-certified cloud hosting, transactional email delivery, and PCI-compliant payment gateways) exclusively to deliver the platform.
5. Retention & Deletion
Files and data are retained during active subscriptions. You may request permanent deletion of your files and records at any time by contacting mia@witheasydoc.com.
6. Security Measures
We use 256-bit AES encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and role-based access restrictions. Staff members cannot view customer client files without explicit customer instruction.

1. GDPR Commitment
EasyDoc LLC is dedicated to compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) and the UK GDPR. We recognize the importance of data protection laws for international accounting, legal, and financial practices collecting documentation from European data subjects.
2. Data Controller vs. Data Processor
Under GDPR Article 28:
- The Customer (Your Firm): Acts as the Data Controller for all client information, personal data, and documents uploaded through EasyDoc portals. You determine the purposes and legal grounds for requesting client documents.
- EasyDoc LLC: Acts as the Data Processor, handling Customer Content solely on your documented instructions to provide upload portals, automate notification reminders, and securely store records.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
We process personal data only when an applicable legal ground under GDPR Article 6 exists, including:
- Contractual Necessity: Delivering platform services agreed upon in our Terms of Service.
- Legitimate Interests: Protecting platform integrity, preventing fraud, and ensuring network security.
- Legal Obligation: Retaining records when strictly required by applicable statutes.
4. Data Subject Rights (Articles 15–22)
EasyDoc provides tools to help customers fulfill data subject requests from European residents without delay:
- Right of Access & Portability: Customers can export any submitted client document or intake record at any time in standard formats.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Customers can delete client uploads and contacts directly. Upon written request to mia@witheasydoc.com, EasyDoc LLC will permanently purge associated backups within thirty (30) days.
- Right to Rectification & Restriction: Customers may update or suspend processing of any client record.
5. International Data Transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, EasyDoc LLC relies on approved transfer mechanisms, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and UK International Data Transfer Addendum, backed by 256-bit encryption safeguards.
6. Security & Breach Notification
Pursuant to GDPR Article 32, we enforce high-level technical and organizational safeguards (256-bit AES at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, strict RBAC). In the unlikely event of a confirmed personal data breach affecting Customer Content, EasyDoc LLC will notify affected Customers without undue delay in accordance with GDPR Article 33.
